Etch N Catch Fair

Lincoln PD's Paul Tyler Was One of the Event's "Etchers"

Saturday's Etch N Catch Fair was a huge success. The event, hosted by the Placer County Law agencies and Folsom PD was a coordinated effort to help the fight against stolen catalytic converters. Employees and volunteers from CHP, Rocklin PD, Roseville PD, Lincoln PD, PC Sheriff and Folsom PD etched license plate numbers onto catalytic converters between 9 AM and 1 PM on Saturday. A total of 68 cars were etched with hundreds more on a waiting list. Special thanks to Roseville Crime Stoppers for the financial support, Les Schwab for the location and Gaetano's Pizza for the donating lunch!

Correction to the above. CHP was left out of the list of Law agencies and ROSEVILLE Crime Stoppers contributed financially to the event...not PC Crime Stoppers. Sorry guys!
